Summer Theatre School

During the summer holidays kids can be kept entertained with a full
week of acting singing and dancing, culminating in a costumed performance
for family and friends.

 Fortrose July Fortrose Academy Theatre.

We visit key towns in the highlands and bring our productions for them to play all the parts, have a wonderful week of theatrical fun, learn new skills, make new friends and take away many happy memories which will last a life time.

The chosen musical will include dance singing and acting all children are given the opportunity to audition for parts or take a part in the chorus.

This is also an excellent theme for their essay “what I did in my summer break” when they return to school!

Monday to Friday from 11.00am until 3.00pm
Five full days of rehearsal.
With a full dress rehearsal on the Friday prior to the performance.

A packed lunch is required each day. (Only drinks with screw tops please) Children at no time are allowed to leave the rehearsal room so please ensure they have all they require in their lunch box.

Fees are payable in advance and no refunds are given after casting of the production. (Unless a doctor’s certificate provided) A chorus part is just as important to the shows success as a leading part. To be part of the whole concept and form a team for the good of the show is our aim. No one individual is going to make or break a performance it is a team effort!
